In compliance with the current legislation, as set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the applicable regulations in the matter, and Law 34/2002 of July 11th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, in relation to the processing of personal data and information security of our users, which are carried out under security levels that prevent the loss or manipulation of data. How do we collect personal data?

The Owner collects the personal data you provide through the forms on our website, our email addresses, and through telephone contact.
When you fill out the forms on the website, you must approve both the terms of use of the portal and this privacy policy.
By approving this privacy policy, you are agreeing that The Owner may process and store your personal data, in addition to all the sections set forth in this document.

What personal data do we collect?

Through the form on our website that the user has freely accessed, The Owner collects the following data: Name, telephone number, locality, and email address.
Outside the website, usually by phone or email, The Owner will collect the necessary data to maintain a commercial relationship and the information necessary for invoicing its services: Name and surname or company name, postal address, postal code, city, province, country, NIF or CIF, and bank details for issuing invoices.

What do we use your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with you in compliance with accounting, legal, fiscal, and administrative obligations.
To be able to respond to you in case you have any questions or request a quote.
The personal data requested is mandatory, so the refusal to provide it will make it impossible to provide the contracted services or to respond to the inquiries.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The User’s personal data will only be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we have collected it, including the purposes of meeting any legal, accounting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
In the event that you exercise your right to erasure, your data will be blocked and kept in a restricted manner at the disposal of the competent authorities 1 for the period established by law to address any possible criminal, commercial, or administrative liabilities.

Purpose of data processing

What is the purpose of processing your personal data? The Owner will collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Customer registration and management: To be able to provide the contracted service. In this case, the data will be kept for this purpose for as long as the contract is in force, except in cases where the law establishes a different period.
  • Answering queries and sending quotes for our services or your doubts

If you do not agree with any of the aforementioned purposes, you can contact us, identifying yourself and telling us about your incident or problem.

Data shared with third parties

The Owner will not transfer the personal data of users to any third party without a legal basis that legitimizes this processing. Except:

  • To Public Administrations in the cases provided for by law.
  • Accounting advisors.
  • To measure the use of the services, we use the external provider Google which uses Cookies to carry out analytical studies of the use of the web. The User may consult the cookie policy at any time on the “Cookies Policy” page.

What happens if you provide us with data from third parties?

In the event that, in the course of a relationship with us, you provide us with data from third parties, we remind you that you are solely responsible for having obtained their prior consent to communicate the data to us for the purpose that is informed to you in each case, as well as for having informed them of the content of this Policy.

How we protect your personal data

The Owner, we are aware of the importance of guaranteeing the security of the transmission of information with our clients and for this reason, we have the maximum security measures that guarantee the confidentiality of communications.

The secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted, which ensures that it is only intelligible to the client’s computer and our internet provider’s server, complying with the pseudonymization conditions established by the GDPR.

You can verify that the connection is being made through a secure server by checking any of the following aspects:  

  • Through the server address (URL), since in a secure server it starts with https: when it normally does with http.
  • Through an indication of your browser program, which consists of a whole key appearing in one of the lower corners of the screen (instead of broken as in any non-secure server) or a closed padlock (instead of open as in any non-secure server).

What are your rights?

The user may exercise their rights recognized in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by written communication addressed to DATA OWNER, stating their name, surname, address for notifications, date and signature of the request, telephone number, and contact email.

What rights can I exercise?

  • Right to request access to your personal data.
    • By exercising this right, you may know the information related to the processing that we carry out on your personal data.
  • Right to request the correction of your personal data if it is not accurate.
    • You can correct or modify your data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete to ensure that the information we may have about you is correct.
  • Right to request the deletion of your personal data.
    • You may request the deletion of your personal data when any of the assumptions contemplated occur. For example, unlawful processing of data, or when the purpose that motivated the processing or collection has disappeared. However, a series of exceptions are regulated in which this right will not proceed. For example, when the right to freedom of expression and information must prevail.
  • Right to object.
    • Through this right, you may oppose the processing of your personal data: when, for reasons related to your personal situation, the processing of your data must cease unless a legitimate interest is accredited, or is necessary for the exercise or defense of claims, or when the processing is for the purpose of direct marketing.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
    • You may request us to limit the processing of your data when you contest the accuracy of the data, while we verify such a challenge when the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the deletion of your data and request the limitation of the processing instead when it is you who need them in case of a claim and even when you have opposed the processing of your data for the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, which must be verified. In these cases, we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • Right to data portability.
    • You may request the portability of your data in electronic format, as well as the possibility of transmitting it to another entity. We may need to ask you for specific information to help us confirm your identity and guarantee your right to access your personal data (or to exercise the rest of your rights). This is a security measure designed to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to another person who is not entitled to receive it. In an effort to expedite our response, we may contact you to request additional information regarding your request.

Minors
